Piero's story is no different from many other immigrant stories.
When he arrived in America all the odds where against him.
Knowing no English and having no education the only thing he
could do was to work hard and chase his dreams. His stories of
struggle when he first got here in 1973 are both funny and
heartwarming. Waking up at 4am to go work a construction
job and then working the evening shift a local pizzeria just to
learn the business, was the kind of determined person he was.
Fast forward nearly 40 years and the same passion and
love he had when first started is still evident today. He wants to
provide the same high quality food day after day with no excuses.
Making his customers fall in love at first bite, is what he strives for.
